Cameron Blevins

Lisa Herron

Dr. Herron has been with Knoxville Pediatrics Associates since 2003. She practiced at Greater Baltimore Medical Center 2002-2003 and Palmetto Pediatric and Adolescent Clinics, P.A., in South Carolina, 2001-2002.
Education:
Dr. Herron earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1994, and her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in 1998. Both her internship and residency were completed at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital, South Carolina.

B. Paul Jones

Practice Experience:
Dr. Jones joined Knoxville Pediatric Associates in 2014. Prior to this, he practiced at Children’s Pediatric Group-East Tennessee Children’s Hospital for 13 years. He also practiced at Tennessee Pediatrics in Murfreesboro, TN for one year. Dr. Jones is currently a clinical assistant professor at UT Graduate School of Medicine and was an assistant professor of pediatrics for three years at Lincoln Memorial University Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was the medical director of pediatrics in the physician assistant program at South College for two years.
Education:
Dr. Jones graduated with a BS from Tennessee Tech University, and graduated from medical school at University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. He completed his residency at Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children, University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, MS.

Jeff Lin

Dr. Lin joined KPA in July of 2005 and practices at our Farragut location. Prior to joining KPA, Dr. Lin was in private practice for seven years in Pensacola, FL.
Education:
Dr. Lin earned his BS in biology at the University of Alabama, and earned his degree in medicine at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed both his internship and residency at the University of Florida, Pensacola.

Dr. Lin is licensed in Tennessee and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Personal:
Dr. Lin and his wife Mary have three daughters and a son. When not playing with the kids, he's been known to play a few rounds of golf. He also enjoys snow skiing, fly fishing and deep-sea fishing.
Lisa Padgett

Dr. Padgett has been with KPA since 1999. She also worked with Children's Pediatric Group and the Department of Emergency Medicine at East Tennessee Children's Hospital.

Dr. Padgett earned her BA from the University of Tennessee, and her medical degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis. She completed her internship and residency at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC. Dr. Padgett completed a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia.

Susan Roberts

Dr. Roberts has been with Knoxville Pediatric Associates since 2001. Prior to joining KPA, she practiced at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. where she was inpatient Attending.

Dr. Roberts earned a bachelor’s degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi in 1988. She earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in 1993. She completed her internship and residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland and Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C.

Susan Scott

Dr. Scott joined KPA in 2007 and previously practiced at Essex Pediatrics in Essex Junction, VT for four years.

Dr. Scott earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia before studying medicine at University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. She went on to practice her residency at Vermont Children's Hospital at Fletcher Allen Health Care and the University of Vermont College of Medicine.

Angela Smithey

Dr. Smithey joined Knoxville Pediatric Associates in January of 2019. She practiced in Saint Louis, Missouri before moving back to her hometown in 2008. She worked in the emergency department at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital for 10 years prior to joining Knoxville Pediatrics Associates.

In 1995, Dr. Smithey earned a bachelor’s degree from Furman University in South Carolina. She earned her medical degree from James H. Quillen College of Medicine in 1999. She completed her internship and residency at University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee.

Lauren Speckner

She completed her internship and residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in 2010. Dr. Speckner also completed an additional year of training in Developmental Pediatrics at British Columbia Children's Hospital in 2011.

Dr. Speckner is married to Dr. Eric Speckner, an ophthalmologist in Oak Ridge. They have one son, one daughter, and two dogs. They enjoy family time, traveling, biking, hiking, cooking, and gardening. Dr. Speckner is also a life-long fan of UT football!
John Wilkinson

Dr. Wilkinson has been with Knoxville Pediatric Associates since 2010. Prior to joining Knoxville Pediatric Associates, Dr. Wilkinson was a pediatrician with Hamblen Pediatric Associates in Morristown, TN from 2003-2010.

In 1996, he graduated with his BS in biology from Bellarmine College (now Bellarmine University). In 2000, he earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center in Memphis, TN.

Sheri Zieminick

Dr. Zieminick earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 1989 and her medical degree from the University of South Florida in 1993. She completed her internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.

Valerie Rinehart, MD

Dr. Rinehart started with KPA in December 2022. She practices at the Weisgarber location. She previously practiced in Omaha, Nebraska.
